Lilia made the process of choosing a ring to mark our civil partnership so straightforward. Her collection is stunning and we were attracted by her sustainable, ethical approach to jewellery making. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The hardest part was choosing which beautiful ring to pick. The customer service was great, the ring is perfect and arrived earlier than expected. Lilia has been amazing for us from start to finish. My fiancee chose Lilia after discovering her commitment to ethical jewellery. From there he surprised my with my beautiful engagement ring (I couldn't love it more if I tried!) We then went to meet Lilia and worked together to design our wedding rings. In my family it's tradition for women to have orange blossom engraved on wedding rings. Lilia was able to make the rings and arrange for mine to be engraved. We're both delighted with our rings and they have surpassed all expectation! Absolutely stunning!

Lilia was so helpful, gave great advise and answered any questions I had.I bought a beautiful engagement ring which arrived the next day and I couldn’t have asked for more. Unfortunately the ring was too big however this was no problem, I sent the ring back and it was resized free of charge and sent back next day delivery. Lilia Nash made a fantastic bespoke engagement ring for me and my partner. They were very easy to contact throughout the process and were incredibly open to discussion during the design process. Lilia was very accommodating of a last minute change in design which I requested and kept me well updated during the ring making, including sending progress photos. I was looking for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend, main criteria being that it was ethically sourced and made.Lilia was extremely helpful from the start, explaining all the different things to consider and making recommendations as well as creating numerous quotes for me as I explored different options and changed my mind. I even went to the shop to see some of the options. My partner Kelly and I visited Lilia Nash Jewellery in search of wedding bands, Kelly liked a few of the designs shown and then came up with a bespoke design with various elements of each design shown. My fiancé proposed back in November and I meant to post this review sooner, but better late than never! I have received so many complements on my ring and the colour of the gemstone (tourmaline).
