Very helpful young woman on the counter. I was looking for a price on a perfume but she advised they had just had a new display case put in and things weren't in the correct place. She was very sorry and asked me to call back. However I ended up getting a different present for the person I was buying for.

The ladies here were so so helpful! O had no idea what perfume to get but wanted something different to what I usually get. I explained what I was looking for and within 3 testers the lady had gotten me one I absolutely loved. I'll be back again, so nice to have such friendly helpful service. The staff are a credit to the brand at stretford.
