Ahmad FitPro

Ahmad FitPro has been great this year in helping me get back in shape, be more active and have my weight under control. Ahmad has been great in motivating me but also getting me into a routine that works for me and is sustainable. Just having a program that works for me, and that I don't need to over think about it, makes it simple to follow. No big changes needed, little tweaks but big improvements seen, which is for me the best, as now viable. I would definitely recommend Ahmad FitPro to anyone who is looking for great quality personal training.

I have been doing a Boxercise class with Ahmad for a year. He is a great trainer with plenty of enthusiasm and ideas for making the class interesting and motivating. He adds variety to the class by focusing on Cardio, Muscular and Boxing techniques.

Ahmad's enthusiasm and expertise makes excersiing fun, challenging and ultimately rewarding :-)
