Festival Heights Retail Park
There is always plenty of parking, sometimes there is a good walk between stores. The traffic can often be very busy but that is just the sheer number of people visiting the wide range of stores. Can always get what I need here.

My visit to Festival Heights Retail Park was a pleasant experience. The park offers a variety of shops and amenities, making it convenient for all your shopping needs. It was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable environment for shopping. Whether you're looking for clothing, electronics, or dining options, this retail park has something for everyone. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Well laid out retail park with plenty of parking. Could be better with a little more variety but a good mix of quality shops and cheaper options. Plenty of food options two.

Parking bars way too narrow and the car park is very confusing in it's layout. But it's really the only place to shop near Hanley. The door are will maintained and offer a great choice.

Festival park it’s one of the best places in Stoke-on-Trent for shopping. You can find almost everything in here from groceries, toiletries, gifts, food, etc. Wide variety of shops B&Q, Morissons, B&M, Home bargains, Next, Newlook, Superdrug, Boots, Curries, Pets at home just to name a few. Also few places to eat Pizza Hut, Frankie and bennys and Toby carvery, plus cinema and other entertainment venues.Parking is for free and there’s no limit on how long you can stay. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Good variety of stores and places to eat. Didn’t get round all of it but will happily be back. Great size new look, go outdoors and next stores - these alone kept us busy for hours! Plenty of parking too

When we visited here they had no fries along with a lot of other things missing from the menu. Major disappointment the pizza hut it's self looked okay we had a bad experience as their was a family party and the kids were dipping their hands into the salad bar and dropping food in the other sections of the salad bowls.Don't think we will return in a hurry pizza tasted ok but the prices are high

Not a typical place for Stoke. A lot of shops like Next, Boots, JD Sports, Argos, Outfit, River Island, Tapi, TUI, New Look, Morrisons Supermarket. There are places to eat - Pizza Hut, Frankie & Benny’s, Toby Carvery and McDonalds. Also onsite is Waterworld(the UK's number 1 Water Park), Odeon Cinema and Ten Pin Bowling. Festival Park also houses the Hilton Double Tree Hotel. Big car park, pity the shops are not in one back but in different ones.
