It’s quite a good facility. The upright Bechstein (room 11) was a fairly ugly sounding instrument, but I think that had a lot to do with the fact that the piano backed on to a painted brick wall reflecting all the sound. It would have been better against the opposite wall. The room would altogether benefit from some decent sound treatment (panels/absorbers/etc).

I booked here for practice sessions while visiting London. The online access is simple and you pay with credit card online as well. Everyone who helped me was friendly and helpful. There’s kitchen facilities near practice room area that allowing tea and water break. The practice room has air conditioning; highly recommended.

The security looks good, with the need of a staff to press the door open button at the reception. The place is clean. We booked #07 practice room. The size of this room looks the 2nd largest one for that price level. With the biggest one being fully booked, we picked this one and realized that this one surprisingly has a washing machine inside just near the door and is next to busy toilets. Other than that, all things are good, we have a music stand provided as well. Also, people can have self served coffee in the waiting room. Price is reasonable.

Amazing piano shop with loads of pianos to try, and excellent service provided by Matthew. We went there 3 times within a 2-week period, and for more than 1 hour each time. That gave us enough time to choose the perfect piano for our family. Would strongly recommend - this is the best place in Greater London. And the delivery men were amazing as well.

As I will be attending a summer music program in London, I would be needing a practice room throughout my trip. Thankfully, I found Jaques Samuel Pianos and was able to book a few days worth of practice rooms with them. It's super easy to book their practice rooms; just go online to their website and click book practice room" and there are a variety of pianos to choose from. I enjoyed the C. Bechstein grand piano

What a fine, fresh, neat and professional place with a variety of high class pianos for sale, hire and absolute delightful practice rooms which I visit multiple times even though have two Pianos at home. My most preferable jam in London when comes to Pianos.

I absolutely love this place for piano practice, the quality of the pianos is incredible, the facilities are very clean and provide everything you’ll need, easy central location to get to and the staff are every welcoming and friendly. I could live in one of these practice rooms! ❤️ reasonable price and easy to book as well. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, organised and keen to help with any enquiries in regard to hiring or buying instruments. Most recently, I was really happy with the purchase of my grand piano and feel grateful to Matt, Daniel and managing director Terence Lewis for making this experience a positive and memorable. I love this place for piano practice with my teacher. The acoustic pianos are excellent. The practice rooms are smart and clean and relatively well sound proof. The shop itself has amazing pianos for sale. Lots of nearby Arabic restaurants and cafes to try as well which are really good.

Helpful service. The first time I visited, I had reserved a practice room through their online booking site. An employee kindly showed me around and made sure I knew where each practice room was located. Lovely pianos as well. I plan to visit many more times.
