Waiting for a call back for two weeks for a viewing meanwhile they let the property after saying I could view. Second time they have done this! Rude. They never call back. Said they were waiting for the tenants to allow access but didn’t say that they had gained access. Last time I emailed and called numerous times and couldn’t get hold of anyone and again the property was let. No customer service. It’s all good whilst you have interest in a property and don’t care about all applicants but would have thought customer service would still be good with regular updates. Hope landlord don’t have the same experience.

I had a really good experience with this agency, in particular Toriah Wilson. I contacted many estate agents during my search for a flat to rent, and none of them more helpful than Toriah. In the end, Fox & Sons didn't have anything on their books that was suitable, and I'm actually with another agency, yet still want to acknowlege the help Toriah gave me. The only agent I didn't have to constantly call to get updates, and who actually listened, kept me in mind, and called me first if anything came onto the market she thought may be of interest. Of course the market for renters is tough, so had to go with what we could, but I'm only sorry we weren't able to stick with Toriah!

Sadly, our experience of this agent has been very poor. During the lease signing process the agents seemed unable to answer a lot of fairly important questions that we had, such as what type of meters the property used or what the EPC ratings were. There was also an issue where they did not know how to process our Right to Rent paperwork properly, although this was sorted out after I researched online and had to phone their area manager.Once we moved in, there were some massive discrepancies with our inventory, so be sure to check this carefully! The first was that it said our front windows were in good condition, but in fact the main one is stuck half open and will not secure and the other one is only barely held together by one hinge. It’s also fairly obvious that the house has some major structural problems caused by the condition of these windows which we’ve now been waiting 5 weeks to have repaired (this takes time, but we can’t use the front bedroom due to damp). Sadly, Fox and Sons have made it so we’ve rented a flat that’s turned into a nightmare so I can only give them one star, but because of the disruption to my life I wish it could be zero stars. Agents should take better responsibility to ensure they only market properties that are properly maintained.

I am sure that you will be delighted with the services provided by this company as indeed we were. We had a property where the tenant had left it in a disgusting state. Agnieszka at Fox & Sons arranged a builder to refurbish the entire property which was done at great speed and a new tenant was found immediately. We were absolutely delighted that the whole process took less than six weeks from the alternate leaving and the new tenants moving in.
