Bought flowers from Ly today - who was very patient and put together a perfect bouquet that brightened my mothers day.

I popped in today without really knowing what I wanted to buy. They were very friendly and approachable, asked a few questions and made me a lovely bouquet very quickly. Delighted with the service!

Ordered funeral flowers in the shape of a cricket bat. The Flowers and shape were absolutely fine, but we wanted it stood up. They quoted me £140 for the cricket bat and another £45 for it to be stood up. I wanted it standing so we went ahead with that. When we saw the arrangement it look good but when it came to moving it, it started to fall apart as all they had done was put 1 dowl and two thin thin sticks to hold it up, which were no where near adequate or satisfactory to support it. The bat was to be stood on turf with a ball next to it. They had used a cardboard box to put this in with a little plastic under it to stop it soaking the box. This was not study enough to hold the turf let alone the arrangment. I wasn't very happy at having to pay £45 for what i thought would be stand to then be told that I was never told that and that it was to cover all the logistics.I know companies have to make a profit but we don't expect to pay £45 for a few sticks a bit of turf and a cardboard box.See the pictures below and make your own mind up.

Samantha and Gail did the flowers for my brothers funeral recently. To say they were exceptional is an understatement. We wanted something different as well as family letters ie brother, uncle etc. We wanted a guitar and a mod badge. We took a photo up of his guitar for them to copy the result was outstanding down to the very finest detail. We were completely overwhelmed.
