I came across Gibbs very professional in approach. Specifically Alex Waldron who did a viewing for me in North harrow. He is one of the most professional and humble estate agents I came across who did his homework in terms of layout and nearby areas which is rare in estae agents as half of them dont know dimensions of the house they are showing. Most importantly his car broke down still he walked from Gibs Raynerlane office to North Harrow that too on time.

Viewed a flat which went well. Spoke to landlord which went well. Received a call from the Agent where they indicated the landlord would like to proceed with my offer and they offered a No deposit" option. I indicated I would like a standard security deposit. The agent indicated that that may cause the landlord to take another offer as he preferred a no deposit option. I said it must be a standard security deposit. Agent emailed me the landlord went with another offer. A couple of weeks later
