I have had a woeful experience ordering pizza from this branch of Papa Johns.The shop accepted my order, took my money, and then sent me multiple messages to assure me the order was 'being prepared', 'in the oven', and 'on it's way', before cancelling it completely more than an hour later. Terrible service. Avoid.

Do not order pizzas from this place you will starve. Kept me waiting for 2 hour and I tried numberous times to get through. Finally got through and they told me they had no couriers. Later they told me they had a courier. Then later still they told me the courier had cancelled. They suggested I cancelled my order and I did. That was an incredible 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed my order.

Just grabbed 2 pizzas and some drinks from this location. Came in under 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Tasted great and was still hot. My advice to ensure good service: leave a tip for your driver! They earn it and that extra motivation might make a difference in your food delivery experience :)

Over two hours wait for pizza. Ordered when hungry at 730pm. Heard nothing, called the store 15 times and the call would be answered and terminated. Pizza eventually arrived 930pm when we'd lost the will to eat- and it was cold and completely inedible.Avoid.

It's impossible to get into this store today as it's full of scooters.Also the hygiene is questionable - the guy preparing and stretching dough has been on hismobile phone for 15 minutes often adjusting the handset and wiping his mouth. No hand washing inbeteeenNot pleasant.

I had to wait 90mins for the pizza, the delivery man must have been drunk because he physically didn't know where he was standing, let alone how to walk even. Cold pizza, soggy box and no mention of a refund when I complained, I had to say! Oh, and still waiting on refund! Very dissapointed.

They make super yummy pizzas (I always go for a spicy no cheese authentic thin option), their deliveries are usually super quick.But most importantly they treat customers with the utmost respect and attention. Their customer service and willingness to deliver the best service never fails to impress me. This rarely happens in London!I want to say an extra special thank you to the store manager Zubeir! He is the best - super attentive, if I have a problem with the order I can call him and he patiently listens to me and puts things right. Thank you so much - Papa John’s New Kent Rd is lucky to have you as a manager!!! Definitely recommended.

I ordered some pizza for delivery, I live less than 5 minutes walk from the shop.After one hour of hearing nothing from the shop, I tried calling them 3 times and no one picked up the phone.I then walked down to pick up my pizza, which was just sitting there. I then asked to have my delivery fee reimbursed as it's asinine to pay to go pick up my food.The guy in the store refused to reimburse me, further my food was cold and they have messed up my order.

I will never order again. The app shows they delivered 20 min ago and when I called them they said it was an error and the pizza would be here in 3 min. Now it’s been 30 min and it’s still not here. I try to call and no one answers. Ridiculous! They are very misleading and dishonest. I don’t have time to deal with such unprofessional people. If only they didn’t have my money I wouldn’t chase them.
