Having never been shooting before, this was the perfect place to go for our first time. We visited for my husband's birthday and we will definitely be coming back for a repeat visit.The shooting ground is in a lovely location and we got a warm reception from Andrea (complete with tea and biscuits). Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, patient and supportive.I would highly recommend Straight Shooters for anyone who wants to have a go at shooting in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Straight Shooters offer a fantastic shooting experience. Chris and Andrea are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. They manage to create a relaxed atmosphere that promotes learning and development, but retains safety at its core. They were both patient and took the time to help and guide my wife and I through shooting processes and etiquette. I couldn't recommend Straight Shooters strongly enough to anyone interested in Clay Pigeon Shooting. I've already booked to go back!Jas & Colette

Chris & Andrea are an amazing couple who run a fantastic Clay Pigeon Shooting Range. I have been there on a number of occasions in my role as a support worker to take a gentleman I work with and they have been immensely accommodating and helpful. First ClassGreat value for money too

Went yesterday for husband's birthday. Highly recommend, Chris was an excellent teacher and his safety procedures were top notch. As a first time shooter, put my mind at ease instantly. Andrea made us feel welcome and the brew was a welcome addition. The fish in the pond were an unexpected surprise and fun to see them. Will definitely return

We visited on Saturday 20th May and had a great morning learning how to shoot! We are both beginners but Chris gave us all direction we needed, with Andrea providing the refreshments and tips (that I desperately needed!) Great location, fun shoot not rushed at all! Will defo recommend and return very soon!

Awesome experience. I have been several times and loved it every time. Chris has taught all my children the importance of safety and how to handle a gun responsibly as well as lessons in shooting clays. For myself, they have been able to modify all the traps and clay trajectories to target specific areas of weakness and to work on these.Wonderful hospitality and personal attention from Chris and Andrea. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

We had our works Christmas party at straight shooters today and what a great day it was. Chris and Andrea are a testament to the sport. They make it fun while keeping it safe and pay extra attention to make sure everyone is hitting the targets. Would highly recommend and me and my family will certainly be back.

Had a great time here, two of us for a beginner lesson, one with zero experience. Chris and and Andrea were very welcoming and provided great tuition and safety the whole time. Highly recommend this place and we'll be back next time we are in the area.
