Great job done in my car, had to wait over half hour as there were a couple more in front but it was well worth the wait, definitely recommend. Will be back, husband went the day before too.

I have always gone to the Gunton hand car wash and decided to give these guys a go for comparison. These guys worked out more expensive and didn't do a good job inside of the vehicle. The three stars is for the outside of the vehicle as they did a great job there.Overall, at least I now know to stick with Gunton.

always come to this place how ever over the times i have been it appears that the quality of the wash has dropped, asked for an inside and out wash noone else was there after myself but when i got into the car the passenger side floor matt was soaked, there was still dust on the inside ( yes i know it takes a few minutes to wipe it off but if im paying for a inside and out then there shouldn't be noticeable dirt left on the dashboard or the door) also lots of water marks on the exterior where it had been 'dried' with what i can only assume was a damp cloth.its a shame as the quality used to be alot better than this.

Best car wash around. I live in Lowestoft and happily drive out here to get the car done. Always just that bit better than anywhere else I've been.

31/01/23: Absolutely appalling customer service! Will not be returning. Spoken to so rudely by staff. Phoned ahead to get a same day valet which on the phone we were told was possible and website showed price of £25. After driving all the way here we were refused a valet and then when we questioned the price which was stated to now be “at least £60” and reason why this was not possible we were told they “were not sure”. I see no reason why this price should more than double, especially when bearing in mind the car is very small (fiat500). The staff then had the audacity to laugh as we drove away. Really upsetting experience, no customer should have to be treated like this whatever the service.

Phoned and asked if they had a tyre in stock and was asked to ring back in ten mins which I did and got told they had one so I told them I was coming straight down as it's 25 min drive got there and we don't have that size in stock second time they've managed to let me down with nothing back from them in a resemblance of a sorry
