Dismissive, patronising and unpleasant was my experience, when parting with my hard earned money.This is my second consecutive year buying fireworks and I need to cater for 2 neices who are very young and for adults.There are posters on the wall, and I read them and had a few questions.When I saw someone was waiting to be served I said please help them first and I'll ask afterwards.One of my questions were around safety, so when a poster didn't say what the minimum distance allowed to set off a firework was, that I was interested in, I asked what it was.I also wanted to get a steer from them as the choice was a bit overwhelming and I wanted a good variety, and imagined they would be the experts. When I arrived it was 6.45 and they close at 7pm. I appreciate they might want to shut up shop, but the rudeness was really unpleasant.After I had paid, I gave feedback, saying I felt rushed and patronised. I actually wouldn't have minded being rushed as I appreciate they have homes to go to. But I think the rest was uncalled for. One of the members of staff wasn't rude but the other two were, especially when one response to my question was 'yes they all go up in the air'.If it was said on jest I wouldn't have minded. Eventually after that she did give me a steer which helped. I bought fireworks from here last year and they were fine. I had a bit of a steer from the chap there. He was a bit brusk but I really valued his opinion and the fireworks were ace.Its a shame as next year would be my third year going back to buy and I would have been more confident about choosing and probably asked.I only leave positive reviews if you look back at my write reviewing history.I won't be going back to this company.

Best selection I have ever seen - a huge range of fireworks, hands down the best place.Friendly, helpful staff who really know their stuff. It was easy to find; right next to the Hambrook Golf Range.Will definitely coming again! Thanks guys

Drive past it every day on the way home from work and thought I'd pop in to check it out - had a great chat with the guys there, turns out they've got years of experience selling Fireworks and they have a huge range in stock. I might even go back this year before Nov 5th but I'll definitely be back next year.

Nice and easy to get to, just off the M32 - the guys were nice and friendly and even carried the stuff to my car. Took cards too.

Clocked their site just off the M32 yesterday. Very convenient location for me. Looks like it's run by the people from Superstars Fireworks on Gloucester Rd where I usually get my fireworks. They always have a great selection and really know their stuff.
