Gold's Gym

I would like some advice. I visited Golds Gym in Harrow to ask about becoming a member. They gave me the tour of the gym etc. I asked the member of staff if I can cancel at any time and he said yes. This was very important to me. Sometimes you don't know if it's going to work for you so the option to cancel was so important. I then became a member.A few weeks later I realised it wasn't working for me so I sent an email asking to cancel. They replied saying I can only cancel for certain reasons

Facilities are good however customer service is poor.Had a year contract with them and it ended so I canceled my direct debit. For them to send me a email stating i owe them for the month i missed and the following month. Explained that once the 1 year ended I believed it was canceled. I also tried to them through to them regarding this and no answer. When i called to complain it took me 2 days to get a hold of a manager, for them to tell me i still have to pay as well as there being a £10 non payment fee on top, Even tho I didn't use the gym facilities that month. Overall i think they are day light robbery for that as they have systems to check if ive used the facilities but still charged me.

Very good gym its like a mini David lloyds and your paying a fraction of the price all staff are friendly and the facilities are very good i would highly recommend

I’ve been going for nearly a year and I have nothing bad to say. It’s spacious, has all the machines you could possibly need and the price is very reasonable as there is a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, which are also well kept. The staff are friendly and always helpful. In comparison to other gyms in the area which I have been to (and I can’t stress this enough) Golds gym is actually worth your money!!!

Golds Gym is an amazing gym!! It’s always very clean and has friendly crew members!! They have a wide range of machines, making it accessible for everyone!! The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are always very clean. I definitely recommend golds gym to everyone!!

Very good gym. Has all you need for a great price. Staff are really friendly too!

Great gym very good helpful staff but no cleaning I have got eczema on my foot and hands because of poor hygiene in swimming pool and surrounding area so please clean your gym properly for safe other people who come to join gym for healthy life thanks

Today's Pump class experience was great! I had an instructor called Linda, politely explained the workout! Also her techniques were amazing!Just what I needed for a first timer!Cheers! Linda

Facilities are okay. Small pool if you can get into it. The jacuzzi is fab. Studios for classes are nice and big. Staff always friendly and helpful.
