Went there this morning 20 3 23 for a small job, professionally carried out, no charge! how often does that happen. Will certainly use them again

Wont ever use again . Had work done and after the work had problems gave them the benefit of the doubt and the problem still carried on and they refused to take any blame even though the problem wasn't there before they done any work on it

It's difficult to find a good garage yet I believe I have found one. Having taken my vehicle to Halfords to diagnose a fault indicated on my dashboard, they told me the vehicle had a large oil leak and they didn't investigate the problem so I took it to Vauxtech. Thank goodness I did, they cleaned the engine to check for an oil leak, which there wasn't one and investigated the fault indicated on my dashboard, fixed the problem, got me back on the road, all for a very good price. Will be using in the future if (hopefully not) I need a garage again.

I was recommended this company after accidental damage to rear end of vehicle, despite being very busy, They took My vehicle in for repair & within 4 days My vehicle was repaired, on collection I was amazed on what a excellent job & service They provided, I can highly recommend this company, A 5* service & quality of workmanship, Simon takes great pride in His work, I was advised that a new tailgate would of been required, but He managed to make it look as good as new with His skills without replacing along with other trims damaged. Price of work was reasonable for extent of damage.I highly recommend this company.Professional & courteous company.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. They are keen to talk about the cars and what's happening with them. Book in advance as their service is quality and they get booked up!

Took my van in for some work quoted me a price they rang me after two hours of being with them said they couldn't do half the work when I went to pick it up charged me full price for doing half the work then been back number of times after as went into limp mode after them doing dpf work wont use them again felt like they just didn't care

Had my van booked in multiple times, these guys know their stuff.Always fast, polite and less then I was expecting to pay!

Used these guys a few times and they’ve always been fairly good, not the cheapest and the final bill is always more than they estimate but that’s not unusual and they’re not the most expensive by any stretch.The last time I used them they had my vehicle for three more days than they said which isn’t ideal for a two hour job but understandable as they were very busy. The reason I won’t be using them again is because I noticed they’d put well over 100% mark up on the only part they’d fitted which I mentioned but was told another guy had done the invoice. It’s a shame because when you rip people off they don’t come back, now I’ve got to find another garage.
