Just wanted to say a big thanks to Jack for all his help in our search for a student house for my sons and their housemates. He was really responsive, helpful & incredibly patient with all our questions/requests as well as answering calls and messages out of office hours. Having gone through this experience several times with my daughter when she was at Cardiff Uni it was a refreshing change to have such a positive search experience with an estate agent!

I feel very lucky to have had a wonderful experience with Tara & Co, having had awful experiences with other letting agencies in this area. Any issues I have had with the property have been immediately attended to, with electricians even being sent out after hours at very short notice. I’d like to thank Connor Clarke for consistently sorting everything out so promptly; it has been such a breath of fresh air given how used I became to being ignored by my letting agent last year. Could not be happier with this service!

Throughout the past month I had been looking at multiple houses with different groups of people, often time changing what the plan was on how many people we'd be living with. Tom was amazing and helped sort through these changes as well as be transparent on how much time we had to make a decision without rushing us. Tom has been our absolute saviour - we’ve had some trouble with a last-minute tenant switch, and we’ve since been looking at places for next year, and Tom has been incredibly engaged and supported every step of the way.
