Contact with Charlotte always quick and reliable. Have ordered a few times from this company and they have always been happy for me to explore different design options. A slight issue with some delivery fee mix ups recently due to changing boarder controls etc, but it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the quality and price of my boxes!

She is friendly and does efficient customer service, I love how she did my beautifully designed packaging that I made and I will update later for the quality on the final stage ! Excellent experience with GCB, who have produced a box for my perfume. I was slightly suspicious that it would be as easy as it claimed, but it really was. Charlotte walked me through the whole process, with ease, consistent high service and great clarity. Boxes arrived yesterday! I shall def be using this company again. Very pleased with the service. I gave them the dimensions of my bottle (that was to go in the proposed box) and they sent through a template by email for me to try first. When the finished boxes arrived they were a perfect fit. Good quality too. Daisy Thomas in sales was very helpful.

Delighted with the finished boxes we ordered. Charlotte was helpful and knowledgeable and once we had worked out exactly what we wanted, there were no hidden charges.Just make sure you really narrow down and nail what you're ordering first. At first she came across as pushy, but to be honest that helped me out in the end as I'd been dithering for too long. The template system was easy and delivery was quick. I think they come from Pakistan or India and we had no customs fees as it was all dealt with at their end. We will be reordering. Great quality.

Honestly the delivery time faster than I expected.Certainly will deal with her again and recommend my colleagues who need boxes to contact the company.Thank you very much.Unfortunately the second order I made was worse than a nightmare therefore I will never deal with this company again. And my advice who wants to buy anything from them must use PayPal otherwise you will regret it.
