Karl West came over to quote for some pointing work to our ridge tiles and drainage channels on the roof.The work was agreed and he sent two of his workmen over to do the job.We were away at the time the work was done but by cctv cameras the time taken was around 3 hours. Cost circa £600.Within a few months the pointing started to deteriorate and fall off. One piece of cement fell onto the conservatory roof and damaged a glass pane. Repair cost £600.When I contacted Karl to discuss the problems he said that he'd had problems with the workmen and since sacked them. He promised to coma back and rectify the pointing. I did not press him for damages regarding the conservatory panel.However, numerous appointments were made and not kept. I tried to contact him and he came up with various excuses as to why he hadn't attended. Finally, he no longer took my calls and, I suspect, blocked me on WhatsApp.I lost around £1200 by using this firm and would strongly urge other people to be very aware of this lack of aftersales support.

Was told roof patch would last at least 1 year and would not leak, 1 month passes and it is leaking again, charged me £300 for a 10 minute job and still not done right.
