I do not recommend this store as a terrarist because this store is poorly managed - the shelves are always empty and dirty! deliveries do not cover the needs of customers in any way - and the staff does nothing about it - I worked in the store for over 9 years they do not perform their duties properly and are unpleasant to the customer when he complains! for the first time I met with such behavior I will understend if was a new employee, but it was a manager! you should be ashamed of your bad behavior and bad work.because of your mistakes I had to buy another sand today and pay £10 more when I asked if I would get any discount on it and was told they couldn't do it? I guess it's better to be rude and lose a client? congrats to you not having a brain

1st time to the store in many yearsHad a big shopping list and got everything I needed for my best little friend Lola, all at reasonable prices.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that I was not impressed by the security guard who seemed to follow my daughter and me around the store, whereever we went, he was there. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Always friendly and helpful... must admit I have yet to go to a pets at home where the atmosphere really does feel like home. The respect, the vibe from all staff members... it just is a lovely shop to go to... had many giggles too regarding fussy pets and all sorts

Friendly staff and they also have a vet at the back. The staff are super helpful and on my experience have stopped what their doing and assisted me. I am a returning customer and will continue. Its tidy and the products are displayed clearly

Just visited this store today (25 October 2023) to get a new dog tag for my puppy. My partner and I were served by a lovely assistant called Leah, she was warm, engaged and funny as she helped us with our purchase. 5 star service from Leah

Visited this store to get some puppy supplies for my mums new dog. A lovely woman assisted us and gave us lots of advice and tips on what to buy and what to avoid. She took the time to really make sure all our pets needs were met and told me about savings that can be made via the pets at home app. I believe her name was Justina, I’m very sorry if I’ve got that wrong, she told me she had recently lost her cat at a young age, which we related to having said goodbye to our family dog recently. Great member of staff and knowledgeable about the products sold!

A completely pointless store. Went to go and buy some fish. That was my aim, and 2 snails for my aquarium. Spent 20 minutes deciding what new additions I was going to get and was then told sorry
