Customer service here is brilliant. Staff are friendly and attentive. There was a nice relaxing atmosphere, the nail salon is clean and very professional. I believe their prices are very fair and will happily return

I've been going to this salon for half a year now and I can confirm that it is definitely one of the best. The staff are incredibly friendly, they make you feel happy and relaxed. The nails are absolutely amazing themselves. I will continue to go to this salon, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new salon.

Brilliant staff, brilliant service.. AMAZING booking system.. been coming to the nail room for the past couple years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lucy the manager and Tina are the best nail tech’s Iv ever met. Xx

I came earlier then my appointment and they seen me quicker then I expected which was goodI paid £40 for my nails.The staff was really friendly also the nails look even better the next day as I think the nude colour has settled in

Don’t go to this nail salon if you’re black, they’re racist there. They didn’t do my treatments correctly all because I am black but they did the other women of different race properly. Imagine paying £83 for French tips and a pedicure spa treatment only to leave with dead skin still on my heels smh this is by far my worst treatment and they did not do it properly all because I am black. I told them before I left that I wasn’t satisfied with my treatments.I paid anyway but I will never go back there. IF YOU’RE BLACK DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!!

I've seen some amazing work on Instagram but I must be the unlucky one... Full set of nails with biab took around 30mins. Nobody used gloves.Two nails are shorter on one hand... Glue showing on the edges, stuck to my skin...Who files nails once they are done with top coat? - left the edges looking rough and unfinished.When I booked, I asked how much it is going to be, but price changed when I paid at the salon.Felt very rushed.Won't be coming back...

Initially quite positive but then you feel like your on a conveyor belt in n out, if you have an issue it’s not corrected due to time, I mean I’ve never heard of telling someone a product is not working and they use it again n again - went to erdington to get my nails done I will not be going back to the nail room again. Customer service is poor, n the manager thinks she’s something special, they need to realise it’s customers who make the business and should treat them better - we pay you ur doing us no extra service your supposed to do a good job for paid work. Rush rush rush money over customers

Friendly staff , appointments have all been started on time , offered a drink guaranteed with even a choice from a drinks menu . Don't know what u want? Leave it to your nail tech and she'll sort u a pretty combo of patterns and designs for your nails.
