How fantastic are you lot! So I messaged and got a reply within the hour as I was in need of an op vest for my dog and they had plenty in stock.. I was helped with sizing and fitting. Extremely gentle with my dog and very patient with myself. I was dealt with in such a polite manner! Fantastic!

This pet shop is absolutely massive and had most of what we needed. I was very impressed with the huge selection of healthy and safe Guinea pig and rabbit toys and treats and will definitely be coming here again. The reptile and fish section is a little small as we had originally visited for a few bits for our turtles which they didn’t have but overall if you have cats, dogs, Guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, chinchillas, hamsters or a basic fish tanks or aquarium then I’m sure you will find everything you need and more. All very well laid out, staff were also friendly and lots of hard standing off road parking. This will now be my go to shop for the majority of my Guinea pig supplies. (This pet store do not sell any animals from what I saw, purely supplies).

These guys are amazing. Darren & Sam fitted our new double dog cage..nothing was too much trouble for them...even when we encountered a raised boot lip!! Delighted with the crash tested cage and our whippet Winnie settled in it straight away.Thanks again Darren for your initial help on the phone and your excellent customer service!!

Visited the weekend - it suits its name, it is a BIG pet store.There is a lot of products to choose from for a variation of pets.The dog section always seems bigger in every pet store and it's no different in this one.Service was good.Some of the prices of the dog toys seem a bit ridiculous... but some are pricier on amazon and vica versa, so pays to shop around.Would visit again.Pets (Puppy and a cat)
