Alex came out within 30 minutes after I lost my house keys. He got me back in the house quickly and fitted a new back door lock. Great service - very pleased with the outcome

Response time - insanely quick!Professionalism - amazing!Job done - yes, yes yes!Would I recommend with both my hands!We've left the house keys in a car and couldn't access it.Gave a call and within 25 minutes had a chat in person in front of my doors. Few moments later the door were open the lock was working and i could finally have a rest after a very long night.Excellent service.

We had a problem opening and closing our French Doors - Alex came round within the hour, diagnosed the problems and was able to repair them to better than new condition. They have never been as easy to use even when they were installed 10 years ago. He was also able to give us excellent advice on how to maintain our doors in the future to prevent future problems. He also fine tuned our front door free of charge on his way out! Highly recommended.

Great experience and professionalism. I was locked out of my house on 2md November. I called Alex with no issues he came straight out within 20mins and fixed the problem. what a service! saw number on website, gentleman came out right away. spent time sharing the mechanics of the door and locks and the need to lubricant. he seemed to really care and wanted to provide a good service! really really happy with the job and professionalism. Alex visited at short notice to fix our bi-folds at short notice which were stuck open - we were going away the following day. He was very knowledgeable and rapidly understood the problem. The problem was solved within half an hour. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Fantastic. Changed a door handle + mechanism on an old door that had a lot of problems. Kept me up to date with parts being ordered and completed the job without issue. Also fixed other small issues with the door to make it work a little better. Would use again for any door repairs.
