Brilliant service. Was a more complex job than first thought with a blocked drain. Mark James was great and friendly throughout. Job was excellent value for money given the time it took and delivered with a smile. Admin team who dealt with initial enquiry were great too and phoned to keep us updated. Would definitely recommend Drain Dr.

We had a very blocked drain, i called Drain Doctor and Dave Thomas came out to us within the hour (on a Sunday) he unblocked the drain then put a camera down to check drain. Dave advised there was a tree root, although only one it didn't help, he also advised that as it was a shared drain it was the responsibility of our water company to remove root and unblock if necessary in future.

With me in 2hrs for an emergency drain unblocking. Did an excellent job, very thorough, very friendly and very quick. Tested the repair thoroughly before leaving. Very impressive service.No call out charge, price quoted up front. I would recommend without hesitation

The office staff were very courteous and efficient in booking the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a call to advise me when the contractor would arrive and he duly arrived on time. He again was very professional, diagnosed the issue quickly and arranged for the part to be ordered. A follow up appointment was arranged and part fitted with no issues. Our customer experience was excellent. Many thanks to the office staff and fitter. I would certainly recommend and use Drain Doctor in future.

Cannot express our gratitude to Drain Doctor for coming out and sorting out our major blockage issue. We thought we would have to stop trading at one point as we had to stop the water. Simon the engineer who came out was an absolute legend, took him a couple of hours but the issue was fully resolved by the end of it. We could tell he was being thorough and just doing a sterling job. Professional, informative, super polite and gave expert advice on how we can avoid the issue happening again and kept us informed every step of the way. From us contacting Drain Doctor last night at around 10 pm to Simon coming out this morning, it was such a seamless experience. We received three phone calls this morning before Simon came out with updates on his ETA. Lovely to see another company that is so passionate about running a professional business with excellent customer service.

My manhole cover which is located in the Alley was overflowing with sewage and so I needed someone to get this sorted. I googled and found this company and got in touch. Customer service was great and was very quickly booked in. When the Engineer came out he gave me a quote which I was happy with and off started the unblocking. Simon was the Engineer and he was very experienced in this field. He sorted the issue within no time and cleaned around the manhole and fitted it back on. Overall I was pleased with the service and the efficiency from Simon who was also a very friendly and approachable guy.
