I have been using Claire at PB Mortgage Advisors for a few years now, and she has seen me through a remortgage and a house move (as well as a tonne of additional queries i've had along the way!). I could not recommend Claire and her team highly enough. Not only has she found me great deals, but has also been responsive whenever we have had any questions, been extremely helpful with paperwork, reminders etc and incredibly freindly and professional

I dealt mainly with Michael who was an extremely professional person who adds some nice personal touches. Nothing was ever too much for him and his team. He was very knowledgeable and was always at the end of a message or what's app anytime of the day. Everything was clearly explained to us to make sure we understood what we were being offered. She was always ahead of the game in terms of chasing the lenders and making sure we had provided all the documents needed - definitely proactive rather than reactive.
