Absolutely Amazing company to work with!Our experience with Bliss Distribution is very positive. They have an easy pre-order system and will keep you up to date on arrival and dispatch of your pre-orders.Plus they've managed to get us stock for very sought after lines that we sell.And lastly this is the only wholesaler we work with that has an amazing personal touch! B2B seller.But they cherry pick which businesses they wish to trade with. Cancelled large order and removed details from system as self employed aren’t a business in their eyes. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the time wasting while they decide if your business is worthy or not. I’d add they asked for no proof or evidence just cancelled order and removed my account without any clarification. What an unprofessional way of dealing with other BUSINESSES. Avoid.

Don’t put your own business at risk by doing business with this awful company. Terrible website and order/payment platform. Non existent customer experience. No account management- no contact with any account manager apart from when an order is placed. Reservations cancelled on you at extremely short notice leaving you to let your customers down- not what a new enterprise needs to be doing. Absolute amateurs- can’t believe they are still in business since the Dracco days.Serious advice- cut out the middle man and go direct to companies like Asmodee. Literally no benefit doing business with this company. That’s our experience of using them.

Bit of a frustrating experience to be honest. Very confused responses and changing criteria.Regarding the reply -1) it was a B2B partnership2) company registration number was offered3) The company has a physical locationAt no point was I told what the criteria are - just that I no longer met them and some of my emails even in the beginning when they were open just didn't make a lot of sense. They made me an account that didn't work and said it was a minimum £50 spend so I had to wait for a full order before i got a confirmation for a cheaper order randomly later?I don't know, just a very strange experience. Not what I would have expected.

Incredibly unprofessional. They literally made me waste about a month in order to meet their criteria" then I had to wait to place in my very first order and out of the blue they said "you no longer meet our criteria"
