Would prefer to give Ryan and his company one star.Great communication initially, was told a price only to find out that the part was more expensive and would be almost an additional £200. I told him I wanted my deposit back and there are various excuses and he just ignored my all my messages and calls. Please avoid using this company as they have terrible customer service when you ask them for your money back. You have been warned!

Had scratched all my Mercedes bumpers doors and alloys. On my lease car due back to Mercedes in 2 weeks phoned waterworx not a problem came out within in the week lovely fella got the job done on my drive no problem quarter of the price Mercedes quoted me. Cant thank this man enough very professional. Highly recommend if you lease a car get this man to tidy it up before you send it back save a fortune and dont have to sit in Mercedes waiting room all good 10/10.

Ryan did a wonderful job on the calipers for my Toyota Yaris GR. His attention to detail and skill has made the car look absolutely gorgeous. He’s so clever and a very helpful, pleasant and professional lad. All the work was done at my home, no mess, no fuss and very efficient. Thanks Ryan, you’re a star.

Ryan repaired two wheels for me. Great job done on the roadside in very cold conditions. I’ve been pushing this job out but Ryan made it very easy. I’ll be coming back for some scratch repairs and headlamp polishing!
