I was picking up currency & on my arrival the counter staff were busy but Sandra took the time to greet me and explained would be with me soon, which impressed me. Sandra enquired about my motorcycle trip and wished me a safe journey. She was very polite and friendly & I felt like a valued customer. Very happy with the service from ordering online to collecting. Will definitely use Eurochange at The Gyle again

Used the Gyle Morrisons location, served by Tori. She was very helpful, when I had random currencies collected from different holiday locations, explaining what I'd get for some and why others couldn't be exchanged. Would definitely recommend.
