Great variety of sofas and chairs with a reasonable turnover of stock week to week. You'll see many more styles and colours then elsewhere. Welcoming staff, you'll need to carry your purchase out unless you pay for delivery. I am chair bought and we'll be back for something else when we need it.

A veritable treasure trove of lots of interesting pieces and lovely staff.My tip? If you see something you like, get it there and then...If you procrastinate and go back late it may well be sold.

Visited a few weeks back to have a look at their extensive displays of garden furniture.very well laid out showroom.We ordered a garden suite via e mail.delivered right on time and day they said they would.Great communication in run up to delivery.Thank you Pauline for keeping us posted on delivery info.Delivery lads were vety helpful to.all in all great service and great product.Really Pleased with our purchase.

Not super easy to find, you certainly wouldnt stumble on it by mistake. Some cool bits in here though, some are slight seconds so sold as seen, but priced accordingly. Definitely worth a visit.

We had an issue on our Rattan Sofa which NOS were happy to replace. The customer service was exaptational from Joanne and Pauline also including the very helpful delivery driver Ian Definitely will be back for something soon.. :-)

AVOID THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR MONEYSelected a sofa from their showroom which was firm and supportive as I have back problems. The sofa that was delivered was completely different in support. Too soft and sags horribly after few minutes of seating. I complained about this and they said that the cushions are too soft. They replaced the cushions even though the structure/springs are also the problem. Now they refuse to correct the problem.UPDATE:No team was sent out by manufacturer. NOS sent an independent sofa repairer who agreed that the cushions sag. New cushions were sent which were equally bad. I was also told that the manufacturer may have changed specifications, hence it is not like the demo sofa. I have spent £££ and stuck with a useless sofa. NOS do not answer my emails asking for a replacement or refund.

Not Bad Not Great! Store is a bit thrown together, but plenty of variety, not as good value as I expected. ordered a sofa which was made and ready in more or less the timeframe advised. Communication was poor and took me 3 attempts to find out when the sofa could be delivered . can only delivery on Wednesday which wasn't the end of the world. delivery came on time agreed and couriers were polite and took away all packaging. worth a look around to weigh up your options!... p.s. I was really disappointed the owner refused to sell me the display sofa a few weeks before Christmas as I had no sofa for Christmas, that would have earned a 5 star review, guess he didn't care though.
