Absolutely terrible customer experience with lady who I believe might be the owner of this company. She wants to charge me and take my money for a service I have not received.When tried to explain to her that I have a camera outside my door to prove that my bins haven’t been cleaned last month, she didn’t want to listen instead she was very rude, aggressive and laughed at me and then hang up the phone on me twice. I have been using this company for some time now,I’ve not had any issues like this before and the last thing I was expecting is to be spoken to this Way.At this point, it’s not about the money as it’s £7, it’s about the way this lady spoken to me which was absolutely horrible. Not professional at all.

Darren was very professional my carpet is like new. All the footfall from numerous grandchildren visits and spilt drinks gone. So pleased with the result would highly recommend.
