Ryan was great from Start to finish, he listened to the problem and what I wanted done, having taken this onboard he detailed the options available for getting my door open and the lock replaced.Door was open within 40 minutes and most importantly, no damage !I have recommended one2one lock smiths to several friends and family and they have also been extremely happy with the workI wouldn’t use anyoneThanks again for getting it sorted

Absolutely fantastic service.My key broke off in the door, total accident but left feeling annoyed. However phoned and within half an hour or so it was removed. Such relief. Great friendly prompt service would highly recommend.

Brilliant service. Locked ourselves out of the house this morning. Ryan arrived within 10 minutes of calling, got us into the house and replaced our dodgy lock for a very reasonable price. Very nice guy, quick and professional. Highly recommended.

Great service from Ryan who came straight out to us to open a front door when the locking mechanism broke. He got it open, provided a safe temporary fix, then came back the very next morning to fit a new part that had to be ordered (old non standard door), so the door is as good as new again. All within 24 hours and at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
