Very professional. ENG1 medical took approximately 1 hour. Covid 19 safety restrictions in place through out the practice .

Not surprised at all with the 2 star review. I have taken a part time volunteer job with a charity in the hope of providing some assistance, so for some vaccination had to visit MediGold. Early morning appointment so I arrived a bit late but there was still 15 minute left in the appointment. I was told that 15 minutes aren't enough to take blood samples. I mean, they can't take the blood samples in 15 minutes, really? Only Scavengers would do that, so they can book another appointment and can charge another fee to the charity.

Terrible experience getting my ENG1. Payment system down, very questionable practices. Payment system down and no one following up. Glasgow number no reply, phoned the head office and now just realised on my phone bill it's a PREMIUM RATE number. Unbelievable. Never ever use these people. Took me two weeks to get my ENG1.

Receptionist was polite and the rooms looked clean enough. Recieved my report back from the medical- full of spelling and grammar errors so sent it back. It's been 3 weeks now and still no report, no response via email and cant get anyone on the phone. Waste of time.

After major heart surgery my employer forced me back to work and sent me to Medigold for their assessment of my condition!! The Dr I had was unshaven, had B.O. and when I checked on the BMC register for his credentials I found out that Medigold employ doctors who's registrations have lapsed by up to 1 full year? When I discovered this I refused anything further from them and left, they had the cheek to contact my employer to advise that I was rude and refused to allow them to check me out. What a dodgy mob they are and in my opinion feel they are only there to aid the employer and NOT the unfit employee.

Can't help but think the bad reviews here are inappropriate. One guy was late and gave 1 star to Medigold for it, another has an employer dispute and again gave 1 star to Medigold for being involved in the process. I went here for a medical and everyone was really friendly, informative and professional. If the choice was mine for my next medical then I'd certainly choose to come back here.

Terrible, never use.

Absolutely diabolical company. Will not even answer the phones.
