This review is to thank Gary Tomalty and his team for a very professional job - he took out our old kitchen, and installed the new one to perfection. All the work was exceptional! The old kitchen and rubbish was removed without disruption - the place was left spotless. The work was seamless and professional. Everything was completed without fuss, speedily, and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Gary - his workmanship is excellent!

Unprofessional and abysmal customer service. The sale representative on every occasion was late to reply/deliver information promised.We waited over 6 months for an initial price guide and had to push to make a sale happen. We would have cancelled or looked else where only we were looking a unit to match the rest of the kitchen which was fitted by make so we were stuck.Delivery and fitting date changed and we were not informed. Fitting went ahead regardless of final invoice not being paid even though we were told it would not happen until the bill was settled. This shows the lack of organisation and professionalism.We only got the official paperwork (invoice/plans etc.) when we rang to complain and had to ask for the details.Even though all of this and more was fed back to the company, we simply got a 'sorry'Would not recommend!

100% delighted with my recently fitted sliding robes, bespoke drawers and bedside cabinets, We have much more storage than before. I would highly recommend Make ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wouldn’t use this company again ! Ordered kitchen , didn’t get any plans from company. They recommended a builder to tile floor and plaster walls who tried to rip us off quoting 2,500 !! Kitchen finally arrived hob was smashed to bits in box , kitchen sink was late over a week and arrived wrong colour . Absolutely no customer aftercare , felt like once our money was taken we were left on our own , still waiting on a centre fixing to be replaced 7 months later and still no contract ! We aren’t the only ones who have had this treatment others family’s have had the same experience. STAY AWAY

Would highly recommend Make kitchens to anyone.The showroom on the Boucher road in Belfast is so well laid out and there are lots of ideas to get you started with a new kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful with the design, choosing doors, work top, handles and finishing touches, they helped guide me through the whole process seamlessly.When it came to fitting the kitchen, Joe was outstanding. Such a class act at his job, his craftsmanship was a joy to watch as my kitchen all came together. 5 star service from start to finish!

Great experience with Make Kitchens. Kitchen was to a high standard. Prompt delivery and good communication throughout. They were able to solve a problem caused due to the dimensions of the extension I was having built changing by a few centimetres which meant the original order I was due to receive the following week would no longer have fit. Michael was able to find a solution to change one door which solved the issue and avoided charging me anything extra. Couldn't be happier

Kitchen installer Joe was fantastic - Make customer service is appalling. Issues with granite worktop installation which Make said would take 2 weeks ran into four weeks - Make made no attempt to take any responsibility to remedy the situation.Later had an issue with regard to obtaining some paint to touch up minor damage to one of the units. Paid £15 ( other kitchen providers supply this FOC ) and were told that it would be posted out. Three weeks later and nothing arrived - contacted Make who said it was in the showroom - at no stage did they contact us to state that it was in the showroom - we would still be waiting on the paint if we had not contacted them. They then said that we would have to collect it from the showroom - they eventually agreed to post it out only to later state that the Post Office would not accept the parcel!!It appears that once Make receive their payment they do not care about customer satisfaction - we had no worktops for three weeks and no short term solution was offered by Make. Then the paint fiasco!!They need to up their game in this regard - certainly would advise any potential customers to withhold some funds until work is completed to their satisfaction.

Excellent customer service, standard of work is fantastic. All emails responded to very promptly by Brendan and Ian. Any of the fitters we dealt with were very friendly, professional and tidy.
