Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Really impressed with this showroom, since Bathstore closed on Manchester Road we needed a place to recommend to our customers to buy their Bathroom Suite and this store has an impressive range and has been reliable. The staff are fantastic too.

Terrible customer service!! Bought couple of LED strip lights from Bolton store, then made a return by going into the store, but store wouldn’t refund straightaway saying I’d get a phone call once it has all been actioned. I didn’t receive the call despite waiting for two days. Then I went to the store to get my refund. One staff member said they were not authorised to do any refunds, and the person who can is busy at the moment and took my details and said I’d get a phone call - again I didn’t receive the phone call for over a day or so. Then I made a phone call to get my refund, the staff member said I had to go in the store to get my refund. So after 3 visits to the store and multiple phone calls I finally got my refund. I will never recommend Easy Bathrooms to anyone, trying to keep the money as long as they can!! Avoid buying anything from this store if you can.

Great showroom so much choice. Wasn't hounded by anyone and nothing was too much dealt with Ian who even offered to drop items off at our home would highly recommend and my sister will be going to get her bathroom there as well

Quite average but disappointing. There are better bathroom shops in the local area. Not a very welcoming place I have ever entered. The two staff members just sat there with no interest, no acknowledgement or welcome. They were too busy talking to each other complaining about their working rotas. I am in in the market for some bathroom furniture. We walked around the store once and soon exited as I am not willing to give them business even though I saw something we liked. Bit of common courtesy goes a long way.After checking prices with local competitors, this shop has a higher mark up on the same products.
