I went in to enquire about an omega I wanted and I was told to check the website. As I did so on my phone, the man who I assume is the manager or the owner was helping an Italian man with his enquiry. The man said he wanted to go outside to have another look in the window and as he walked out, the shop owner mumbled to me that 'foreigners are all the same' and 'he's another time waster'. I challenged him and he told me it's none of my business. As the customer was coming back in I told him what he said. I will never be going back. Horrible racist attitude. They also had the watch I wanted on their website but they have missed out on £4.5k sale because of his disgusting behaviour.

Profit first, Customers second.My wife’s engagement ring was taken in for the shank to be built upFollowing 47 years of wearing, at a cost of £150.On receipt, the solitaire diamond was not refitted securely, resulting in it being lost the first day it was worn.The ring was returned to the store and the problem pointed out. It was claimed that my wife must have caught the ring, causing distortion of the claws. A solution was arrived at where a replacement stone would be fitted at a cost of £50, the cost of the stone but fitted free.A small stone was selected by the jeweller which fell into the setting, clearly too small. This was pointed out and a second stone was selected which was still smaller than the original but that looked reasonable.The ring was collected but had clearly been fitted with the first, too small, stone.Clearly, Coopers profit takes priority over customer satisfaction and if the proprietor is so short of money, then they won’t be getting any more from us.If it were acceptable to leave no stars then this is what I would have chosen

I have just walked out having visited this store for the first time . The purpose of the visit was to buy my wife her first Rolex watch. Not a great selection in the window. When We walked in the male owner was at the back organising some paperwork. He really couldn’t be bothered with us. No smile no greeting. I asked if he had any more Rolex’s on display. He responded“ 150 look on line “I asked if he had any midi sized and he responded“ I’ve just packed one up . I’m not unpacking it again. You should have called in here 5 mins ago.”DO NOT buy from this shop. Rude . Unprofessional and deserves to be closed down.When I walked in I should have known by the filthy shelves the service would be awful.I did tell him How rude he was and I would always buy a. Rolex anywhere but here.Avoid at all costs

I was very interested in a watch in their window, as a special present from my husband. On entering the shop, I was totally ignored, as they were too busy chatting. When I asked about the watch, it was like I was an inconvenience. I was told the price, (which was over £3k !) and although I already knew that from the price tag in the window, I was treated as if 'you can't afford it, so I can't be bothered'. They had absolutely no interest in showing it to me. Their loss, as although I was a dressed casually, I was a serious buyer.

Phoned the shop first. Arrived and seen straight away. Met by a complete gentleman. Who purchased my wife's solitaire diamond ring. He gave a very realistic trade price for the ring and other gold items. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very happy could not of asked for more. I set them a challenging task of finding a specific ring David and his team worked so hard in finding the ring I was looking for and had fantastic communication keeping me up to date. It's very rare to find service like this. A professional and quality jewellers with outstanding customer service. I will never go anywhere else for quality jewellery after the experience I have received. Thank you David and team you really went the extra mile.

I put my husbands large gold heavyweight bracelet in to the jewellers for a quote for a new lobster clasp. After telling the lady behind the counter we only wanted a quote, the bracelet was repaired without our consent. The owner of the jewellers then phoned me to tell me he would only charge in the region of £200, as a good will gesture, but on collecting the bracelet he had charged us £400, and took £100 off for the old clasp, I was not happy. We had specifically told him we only wanted a quote. Had we not had the money to pay for the repair, he would have kept the bracelet. After confronting him about it when we picked up the bracelet, he had a very couldn't care less attitude. I was fuming. Avoid this jewellers at all costs, he's a con man and rips people off.
