Younus was an absolute godsend. After things went wrong with my original architect, his firm came in and saved my project. He liaised with my builders and Building Control to draw up a set structural drawings and amended my plans to ensure the local authority were happy.He is diligent, helpful and incredibly professional. Communications with him were particularly excellent as he would answer all our questions and queries without delay or frustration. My builder hassles him multiple times on a daily basis due to the complexity of the project and he has never had his issues left unanswered.

Younus at Simple-Build was recommended to me by a builder and he has been absolutely amazing throughout our whole process. We contacted him by email to arrange the viewing, where all measurements were taken & Younus was incredibly thorough, as well as being personable and keeping us up to date with where we were at. He was easily available over email, and would even respond to us at 9/10 o'clock at night to keep us informed of the status of our project. We requested the plans to be submitted to the council and this was done within half an hour. We absolutely cannot fault Simple-Build for their services & will be recommending them to friends and family for any future projects.

Exceptional service from beginning to end!I contacted Younus, and he came back within 24 hours with a quote.When I instructed him to go ahead, one of his colleagues (Yaseen) was able to do a sit visit within 48 hours.I received the drawings within 7 working days, and they were very reasonably priced given the level of service I have received.I would highly recommend this business.

Very Professional and quick service. I would give them more stars if I could! I had a tight time schedule and needed a last minute amendment. Neither of this was a problem for Younus and he came out quickly the first time and then sent a friendly surveyor; Cristina the second time.They were both great, given advice and completed the work in just over 24 hours in each case. (Which is extremely quick in this industry!). In both cases the emails with the final report came at night - Younus visibly works really hard for his clients, even when it is only a small job like mine was.Their prices are reasonable, similar to other surveyors I have spoken to originally, but their attitude is very different, in the best sort of sense.I will definitely contact them again if I need anything else.Would highly recommend!

Clements Road - Excellent service provided by Younus at a fair cost. The aftercare service is also great, very proactive in sorting issues out and communicating with builders/Council so the works don't get delayed.Ask for Younus in the office, he will always return your calls and respond back to emails quickly.Would highly recommend and use again for my next project.Jas

Absolutely brilliant service from Youns and his team. I just moved to the area and wanted to do my build in stages and simple build we're happy to help. Even when I contacted them months later after their drawings and calculations, they were more then happy to help and give their professional opinions. I'm really happy with the service and work.
