I stayed there for 4 months. The agent was very professional and make sure everything is fine. In case of repairs, they will sort it out immediately. I really loved my stay there.

Excellent services. Stayed in one of their apartments in Tameside OL6 and for the time I stayed there never experienced any challenges, they were so understanding and always kept the house upto the standard and always avilable to assist incase there is anything that needed repairs or replacements. I would not hestitate to recommend others to GM Lets properties.

I stayed in 29 Tootal road Manchester.if you get this place to stay for your Plab 2 exam ,trust me you are very lucky .perfect location about 10-15 mins on walk to samson academy.Most importantly location is so lovely ,peaceful and beautiful.you will feel like it’s a home and property host is so good ,a text away for any kind of help you request.Highly recommended to Plab dr to stay here

I am never usually one for writing reviews, but I felt the need to give this one with a personal touch.I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Usman at GM Lets. Not only has he gone above and beyond for me as a tenant in his property, he has cared for my wellbeing and personally made sure things were comfortable and to my liking. If something is not up to scratch, you can guarantee it will be sorted within a few days. Despite this my property has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Any request or enquiry he is always on the ball with and has not let me down once. He visits often and ensures that everything is kept to the highest standard possible which has always put my mind at ease. Being one of Usman’s tenants has been the best housing experience I have had since living independently in a big city over the past 4 years.As a (sometimes) picky tenant I cannot recommend any letting agents enough and when it is time for me to leave Manchester I will be sad to leave them behind.

The house is Really very nice and Cosy, I liked the house And the environment inside.... heating system is very good and water supply as well.... Regular cleaning of the common Areas was done...overall I liked the house and my room very much...and enjoyed my stay... ...
