We used Hobson & Latham in selling and buying property at the same time in September '23. We dealt with Steve Hunt and Richard McDonagh and their colleagues who were friendly, helpful, extremely competent and professional at all times. We would highly recommend their services.

Terrible experience with this company. Very poor communication, phone calls never returned, financial errors made before and after completion, without apology, and downright rude! If you want a proactive conveyancer, who updates you on progress (or lack thereof) occasionally and has some customer service skills, then do not use Richard McDonagh. Purchasing a property can be stressful and he exacerbated this. We were gobsmacked to be asked if we’d be ‘kind enough to recommend’ them. Absolutely not.
