Worst GPS ever my husband v poorly in care home v chesty despite GP saying chest clear wouldn’t prescribe or come back when he got worse , he passed away 4 days later

shocking dvla wrote to them on the 12 septembet about me getting back on road and they said i aint a patience of theres but i am tho

Absolutely terrible, been struggling with the same issue for almost a year. Just keep passing me around to other doctors, extremely unhelpful and stressful especially when unwell. They never write correct info on notes either so I’m constantly having to correct them. Over this past year all I’ve had are terrible experiences. The only respectable people in the entire surgery are the triage nurses who are helpful and patient. The reception staff never seem to know anything, passing me back and forth with admin team and giving me wrong forms to fill, wasting my time and making life harder by being hostile when corrected. Pure negligence from this surgery.

Terrible handle the care. Not listen well. Try not to help. Told me come and collect your urgent medication then few minutes later send it out to pharmacy to u. So when I went to collect less than one hour I had to come back empty handed. They just pass you to someone else.
