University wouldn't take my parcel so I came and asked if it was here. The guy on reception was really friendly and so helpful. He got someone out the back to have a look in the pile of parcels and they had found it within 5 minutes! Great service as otherwise it would have been returned to sender as the university shuts over Christmas. Thankyou!

I would give zero stars if possible. The company refuses to meet the terms of their workers making them go on strike which makes for horrendous opening and closing times and they don’t even stick to those times.

I stayed in all day for a redelivery and itnever turned up.This is the worst service ever they don'tcare about there customers it's a disgrace.i stayed in on my day off workand no one cares.If I did my job like that I would be sacked and rightly so.Ive waited in for two days now and still no parcel I've been ringing them all day but no answer it's a total cock up.This aevice is a joke.bastards don't care.

Lots of very unhappy reviewers!I arrived outside of opening hours (new opening hours attached below) and spoke to the postman who was very happy to direct me and give me information.All staff were very friendly and attentive especially given it was outside of their opening hours that I came to bother them, would certainly use this service again!

They make up their own minds of the opening times including a bank holiday or Easter holidays or any other holiday they say. They are open but. Their NOT!! Wasted trip going down and the post men are thieves too always had missing parcels most times in the past and present

Came here today to pick up my parcel that I missed earlier during home drop off. Quick service.

Great people and great service.Very close to city centre and usually do not have a long queue.The problem is the always changing working hours because of the pandemic.I have attached a picture of there most up to date hours as per 19th November 2020, it shows that they are open every single day, most probably due to the high demand of the nearby Christmas.Plenty of parking space outside, do not worry about that.

This is a review of this particular office and a 'karmedic payback' for my experience a few weeks ago. We'd lost an important letter on its way to our solicitor - we paid insufficient postage, entirely our fault. I decided to try track it down following advice from our local office and was pointed here. The chap behind the front desk was very attentive and tenacious, having taken a description from me of said letter, when it was posted etc, he disappeared into the post room for five minutes and lo and behold he appears with it in hand! We owe this chap a lot and I'm only sorry I didn't get his name to thank him specifically. In lieu of that, thank you! Keep up the good work!
