I’ve been Becca’s patient for a few months now and She’s really helped with my stress and anxiety making me feel calm.She did wonders for my stomach and gut, having suffered with IBS for most of my life this made a bit difference. She also picked up on somthing with my gall bladder and low and behold a few months later I was diagnosed with gastritis so that’s why it was inflamed. It’s so clever that she can tell what’s going on in the body just from massaging my feet. I suffer with bad shoulder pain and the refloxogly really calmed the pain down. She’s realy amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. Extremely laid back and makes you feel at ease, most times I would either fall asleep or find myself feeling so so zen afterwards ready for anything. After multiple sessions I’ve seen such an amazing improvement on my bodily issues was just amazing and I can’t tell you how much this helps.

Rebecca puts you at ease, conducts a thorough initial consultation to ascertain your areas of concern and listens to your thoughts on why you are there.Rebecca made me feel very comfortable, explaining how reflexology would work best for me.As well as focussing on what I need, her calming approach and reflexology technique leaves me calm , relaxed and also energised, with the feeling of my body and mind being more in -sync.I have absolutely no heisitation in recommending Rebecca.I always look forward to my next appointment - thank you Rebecca !
