The Vets4Pets team have looked after our cats for many years.The love and care the team give is second to none. They are a pleasure to deal with and they absolutely adore the animals they care for.Recently we said goodbye by to our Smudge which has been heartbreaking but the wonderful team were amazing and made a very difficult time that little bit easier.Thank you to you all for everything. We will continue to recommend you.

Very caring personnel, be they reception staff, the nurses or vets themselves.Good on discussing all the options available - diagnoses and treatments - as well as not pressuring you to go down expensive healthcare routes.Highly recommend.

I joined this practice a few months ago after being unhappy with the vets we were with. Carlo has been fantastic with my dog, takes his time, assesses him really well and really spends time to think. He has his best interests at heart and for the first time my dog will actually walk in to the vets which says a lot. Whenever I call they always book us in with Carlo, the consistency has helped. Definitely reccomend this vets they're brilliant

Really lovely staff and service! Feel like they care about my pets and make sure they're all taken care of properly. Only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because sometimes the waiting times can be really long.

Very happy with Vets4pets Southend Airport. Parking is easy and when I needed them to see my dog ASAP they fitted me in and took time to explain and show me the xray results. They're kind and caring with great customer service just a shame I couldn't add my 2nd dog to the monthly care plan.

As always a wonderful service. Called today as my Frenchie puppy Wallace had a sore leg. Fitted in within 20 mins. I've had some sad times at this vets saying goodbye to my beloved Pets and I wouldnt ever go anywhere else. Thank you for today

Just wanted to leave a review because I’ve never had a bad experience at this vets, I’ve had multiple pets that have been with this vets for pets for years now, and they’ve always provided the best service possible. I recently had to say goodbye to my little dog and the staff were all so kind and caring, you can tell that they all really care for the animals they see every day, and Carlo especially was amazing throughout the whole experience. You guys have amazing staff and provide an all round amazing service, I really cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me over the years! I’d rate you 100 stars if I could

Vets4Pets - Southend Airport
The staff were very friendly and made a fuss of my dog before taking him off to have his nails clipped. Being a 70kg dog who hates feet being touched the nurses were not phased. They were quick and very efficient and explained how everything went. Although my dog peed on the poor nurses feet several times whilst his toe nails were being cut she came out with him in great humour giving him lots of fuss and cuddles before we left.

All round satisfaction, understood my need for late afternoon appointment, gave us a blanket with a calming spray to lay over her carry case as she was anxious.the vet also helped apply the flea medication for me as my rescue cat will not let me pick her up and have offered to help with worming treatment if unable to also do.Highly recommend them.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. When the vet came he was even more so just as friendly and our pup loved him . The services was second to none . We will definitely be staying with this vets and keeping our pet plan with you .
