Cheshire Kebab

After waiting over an hour for our order in the shop after ordering online, when we got it home the food was luke warm, items where missing and when I bit into my chicken kebab it was raw in the middle. I am 4 months pregnant and none of the staff seemed to be concerned that they had served raw food. After asking to speak to a manager I was told I wasn't allowed too as he was on holiday! I asked for a full refund and I was at first refused, they tried to tell me that I needed to contact the bank for a refund! After stating I wasn't leaving the shop until they had given me a refund. The guy behind the counter rang his manager who then agreed to give me a full cash refund as long as I returned the whole order, to which I asked what are they doing with the returned food. As it would be no use to them and would need to be binned as its already left the store. After alot of rude and arrogant behaviour from the staff I eventually left with my refund! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I feel awful writing this as the guys are lovely but I have to comment on the food I received yesterday .. chicken kebab tasty yet cold fries all cold pizza was well done however cold? Garlic bread cold I just feel a bit upset as the food wasn’t cheap spent 40 pound and all of it was stone cold :( sorry guys but it was

Absolutely sick people, major scam artists with overcooked food, missing items but they say that it's because their menu has changed even though it's printed 10 times amongst the shop. Just to then call up about the missing things to be told we don't deserve to get them as we didn't order online. I wouldn't waste a penny more on these people, overcharged us and all.... Unless you are ready for an argument that means you pay more, I would not go to these scammers

I was cautious about ordering due to the one star reviews, but my daughter reassured me that the food is great. Order arrived in time. We had a lovely takeout, kebab wrap gorgeous loads of meat, salad and garlic mayo. Lovely onion rings and gorgeous cheese topped pizza which was a freebie - bonus! and the most amazing Snickers milk shake which I will definitely be re-ordering. So, will definitely be re-ordering from them again and, hopefully, I will enjoy another takeout.

The food from Cheshire kebab is amazing. Large chicken kebab comes in a nann type bread. Wrap it and it's perfect. The chicken is very tasty. Always cooked to perfection almost like a bbq charcoal taste to it. Chips are always perfection. Easily 5 star would give more if I could

After waiting for 45 minutes in the shop after ordering online the staff are rude and don't have any manners and to make things even worse raw chicken was given to my 4 month pregnant wife! And after complaining they tried not to pay us back after such poor quality that you wouldn't feed your dog with!Stay away from this shambles of an organisation and eat dog food its safer!

Raw dough in our pizza and calzone, so under cooked the cheese isn't melted and when we requested a refund we were denied it and told its cooked properly despite showing evidence. Absolutely disgusting food and service so now I have had to raise a bank dispute just to get my money back for inedible food

Had a large doner, got home found the salad had not been added maybe a mistake, but the meat was dry and cold and clearly not properly kept or recently sliced

They scam people of their money. We ordered in the actual store so they had every opportunity to inform us about the changes in the menu when we ordered. However when we had got home and checked the food they had given me 4 instead of 6 chicken strips, made a burger plain instead of salad and they did not include the free cheesy garlic bread.When we rang them up they were completely rude and did not care that they had messed up. Instead they tried to say it was the online apps fault and when we said we had ordered in the shop they changed their story to how we don't get these items as we did not order online.They are complete scam artists who only care about their money.
