Returned goods unopened as instructed and after many e-mails I am still waiting, 3 months later, for the promised refund. Lost patience so now filing a court claim for the refund.

Absolutely useless company!I was told to get in touch with these guy's as they are dealers of a wheelset I own for parts. I must have called around 6 time's with being fobbed of being told to ask select an option that didn't even exit or having the phone put down on me. I tried there online chat and no one responded to that or even got back to my via email which was stated of the chat.Thanks to a local bike shop the issue is resolved but how this company are in business is questionable.

Ordered a new pro bike from the terrible company.Three weeks late and still not with meAvoid. Avoid at all costs.They are just full of lying. To big for there own boots. Changed order to another company. And got in one day.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago. Still no sign of it and no reply to emails just asking for an update.Communication is key and if you can't do that as a business then you don't deserve customers.

Called and ordered a part from them which they said would take 2 weeks and they'd call me. They didn't. I chased and they said there's been a delay and they'd call me again. They didn't. I give up.

As many have said this company is not very respectable, their order system is antiquated not letting customers know any dispatch information. This results in orders coming out randomly not completely fulfilled. Again as others have described you will not get a refund for your return and will have to file a credit card claim or take court action. Strangely they actually treat their ‘Orro’ customers better and make sure they are kept happy, I guess this being their own brand has some value to them. Don’t buy from i-ride it is as simple as that!

If I'd read some of the negative reviews on here I would have thought twice. As it was, my order arrived via ParcelForce in 4 days. Packaging was fine. All items (23 bits and bobs) present and correct. Only negative was no despatch/shipping information sent out. Didn't know it was on its way, or when it would arrive. Other than that, all good.

The order went awry and has been returned to them. I have attempted to clarify what has happened and arrange redelivery but have had no response to email or chat messages after 2 weeks.
