Staffed by extremely rude people. Had been parked for two minutes when an elderly gentleman came over shouting and balling. (I had stayed in the car, my partner had got out. We were maybe not parked quite in the right place, but were not blocking the way at all, and it was not obvious where we should have parked). The man opened my car door and threatened to call the police on me. As a lone woman, being raged at and physically intimidated by a man is a frightening experience. When my partner noticed what was happening and spoke to the man, the man lied about what had happened (later admitting most when my partner broke it down into short questions). Stay well away. If I could give it 0 out of 5, I would.

Very friendly team and very thorough with the paperwork when buying my car. Two days into ownership of my vehicle and so far very happy with the car and the service from Hagley Road Motors. Big thank you to Bernard.

Customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Arrived to be surrounded by 10 men trying to wash the car. When I explained I was there to buy they told me 'no parking'. Had to park down the hill and walk up. I asked the salesman if the 2 businesses were connected, already knowing the answer was yes (companies house shows this is Albanian owned), it was an honesty test - he said no. Paperwork connected to the car was iffy. Someone writing in byro that a can-belt has been done does not offer reassurance. Salesman was ok but argumentative. The car was really competitively priced but it felt like buying from here would be a gamble.

I bought a 2009 BMW 5 series from here two months ago. They certainly know their cars, as they asnwered all the questions I had. Also all the cars looked in great condition and spotless inside and out. Their excellent customer service, understanding and patience made me feel comfortable and confident to buy from Hagley Road Motors. Definitely would highly recomend them.

I bought an Audi off them last year, it did 300 miles then comprehensively blew up. It took them six weeks to fix it and despite agreeing to refund me, refused to do so when I went to the site, it was returned twice with faults which they they tried to get me to accept. The car was eventually fine, but I would not touch the site with a very long barge pole belonging to someone I really did not care for very much. I am only giving them one star as I cannot post with zero!

we bought a car from these. yes they gave us a good price on our trade. however the car we bought had to go back for a repair witch was fair enough, but the problem returned worse after a week or so after getting the car back. after asking what the problem was the sales man had no clue, he was very rude and to be honest he has no clue what he is doing. we have warned the sales man that if the problem returns we will take the car back for a full refund and we will want all our costs covered. if you get a car from this garage please make sure it's right and do not deal with the simple sales man and deal with the owner.

I am so excited about the purchase of my A4. The process was fast simple and painless...Not the frustration that you usually get when car shopping. The salesman was courteous and displayed the true definition of customer service. I recommend that anyone looking for a car should definitely go to Hagley Road Motors for their next purchase.

Fantastic service received, bought my first car Audi A3 automatic from here I must say one of the best experience I’ve had with customer services from owner Patrick definitely recommend. They know what they are doing!

Salesman ended up selling a BMW to somebody else on the Friday, knowing full well that I had phoned him on Thursday to arrange buying the car myself on Sunday. I am aware that I hadn’t put a deposit on the car, however he had my contact details on record and if he had let me know somebody else was interested, I could have made a better offer. Very disappointed in the service offered.
