All seasons removal & storage were extremely helpful and professional. Although our move was complicated (4th floor without elevator) and our regular mover dumped us, Obaid (the boss) and his staff took care of all the planning and made the move happen. Although a move is always a stressful experience, they were always very helpful, never complained and managed to reassure us that everything would go smoothly. Everything went extremely smoothly and all our furniture was moved without any damage. I would highly recommend them.

If you need an affordable service to move big things like furniture these friendly people do a good job.I'm giving 3 stars as there was confusion about the date I had booked them - their understanding was to do the work a day later than we had agreed (and was on the written confirmation) and so they did not turn up at the time I had expected them. A stress you can do without on a moving day.However, after I called them on the day of the move, they did pull out all stops and even got in some extra personnel to still make the move happen on the agreed date. All people involved were friendly, took their job seriously and moved my things with care despite the added pressure. Ultimately they ended up moving more of my things than originally booked in for, without additional charge.Overall a recommendation, but reading some of the other reviews, they do need to do some work on getting their administration right.

Avoid at all costs! We booked four weeks in advance for our move yesterday and had email confirmation of this from Obaid. I followed up 3 days prior via email to confirm the details of the job and received no reply, so decided to call the day before to check our booking was still going ahead. Obaid seemed utterly clueless about it and said ‘he’d been meaning to reply to my email’, but confirmed that the job was going ahead several times on the phone, telling me they’d even call when en route. I’d have preferred if he’d have just apologised and said he couldn’t do the job anymore at that stage.Our scheduled time came and went and despite having my number from the day prior and my emails, Obaid chose to ignore multiple calls and a text message from me to ask if they were actually coming. They clearly don’t care if they leave people scrambling to find another option or not and seem to think ghosting is an easier option.Don’t get lured in by a cheaper price, these guys won’t show up or even have the decency to cancel if they can no longer do the job. Abysmal service.

I had to move the complicated items from one place to another, Obaid along with his team members done the whole removal professionally and perfectly . Everything went smoothly without any scratch or damage to the items. I would highly recommend them.

When I originally contacted All Seasons Removal in August to inquire about a pending removal date, I was accommodated with my uncertainty by messages between myself and Obaid until the confirmation of my actual moving date which ended up being just two days between exchange and completion on 28 October 2022.At such short notice, I was assured that the booking would take place on 28 October 2022. The team arrived at the expected time at 9.30am with the quoted vans and manpower from the video survey. They were all proactive in deciding which items to organise in the vans leaving little instruction from myself which hugely assisted me. With the vans all loaded it was clear that there was a need for extra vans and manpower to take my loads 100 miles away and also return to reload. A new price was negotiated and away we went to offload.The second load was completely unloaded finally at 5am on 29 October 2022. The level of patience, politeness and teamwork that I experienced with All Seasons and Obaid, who led the team, was outstanding. These men worked in excess of 20 hours including travel time. I couldn't imagine another firm executing such a move as this. Should I ever need to move again, which is never, I would not hesitate to use All Seasons nor hesitate to recommend their services. I also found myself in a move- related unexpected embarrassment which cements my statement that All Seasons Removal and Obaid are truly amazing.

This company did removal for me and gave us a fixed price quote for work. They breached the contract, didn’t turn up on time, didn’t bring enough people to the job, didn’t complete the job and cause damage worth £2000+.We have been emailing them to provide insurance details but they have not responded. We are consulting a legal firm to make a claim against them.Do not use and avoid at all cost. Not professional, dishonest and they do not have insurance.Fake 5 star reviews from friends and family however they are totally unreliable in real life
