The worst city plumbing in Essex . They all sit behind the counter laughing and joking whilst you wait there to be served. They ignore you when you walk in. I’ve worked in retail for 20 years and the service they offer is terrible.

Been dealing with a lovely lady called Jane at the Harold Hill branch who has been super efficient and friendly. We've had to change our quote a couple of times but Jane has been super helpful. The Iflo range is a good cost effective range for those on a budget but comes with guarantees. We have purchased this range before and its been fine.

New toilet seat. I can honestly say the customer service was excellent 5 star. The gentleman who served me was patient, helpful and friendly and guided me through what I needed to know inorder to make the correct purchase. Highly recommended . Thankyou again

Regularly customer at the Romford Branch and must say that have always received excellent service from the staff. Mick especially, always goes the extra mile and out of his way to help, his knowledge of the products in the trade is exceptional! ... Hence this review! Keep up the good service!!!!

Just spent 10 mins waiting at counter of the Ashton Gate branch in Harold Hill to be served.5 guys at desks behind counter ,2 on compusers and 3 having a chat" .gave up waiting and went to screwfix instead.Very poor."
