Ghost hair

Scarlett is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She really is the best colourist and such a lovely lady that cares about her clients. I cannot recommend this hairdressers enough.

Today was the beginning of a new me! I wanted something totally different, on trend but still flattering. Rob has made my day! He has delivered an epic cut! I love it! And I think I have found my stylist for life! All the staff were friendly and I just couldn't be happier. Thank you Rob xx

Awful service. My mum booked in to get her hair coloured and cut before we took her out for a lunch date. She chose your salon because of the good reviews. She was left in the corner for almost an hour whilst the stylist could sort out her friend who rushed in as she was having a “photoshoot” done that day. When asking another stylist was the friend booked in an appointment she received a shake of the head. My mum ended up just asking her to forget the haircut and just dry her hair as she was already going to be late. All other customers seemed to be looked after by their stylists, just unfortunate that stylist favoured her friends walking in over a new customer…. My poor mum.

My first time at Ghost and Becky my stylist was fantastic..she worked hard with her two apprentices to give me a first class experience. Great team work throughout, excellent customer service and the reassurance with a new style. I left feeling really pleased with what I paid for. Brilliant work and I shall definitely be returning.

Had a complete change of style and Becky did a fantastic job! She really took her time and took my curly hair into consideration (which is hard to find in lots of salons). My hair looks even better after a few days of ruffling. Very happy!

West wickham branch - Scarlett is brilliant, and her team are super too. Nice relaxed atmosphere and no pushiness to buy products. I was there for just over 3 hours and not rushed at all. High quality highlights, wash, cut blow-dry.

I came here to get layers absolute joke ! Being rough while washing my hair , not wanting to straighten my hair (when booking the appointment they hadn’t pointed out they weren’t going to straighten my hair),Being very pushy with everything.I came originally for layers and after leaving I had noticed the layers r very clumpy and the bits infront that were cut were quiet uneven also very my hair wasn’t dried properly (it was a rough dry that wasn’t pointed out during booking of appointment) . Now being fixed by another salon! I haven’t had another hair treatments done by this salon but as a first impression this was absolutely horrible !
