Plumber came out in an emergency. Anton was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about finding the source of the leak. Made a follow up call and customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. Great service overall.

Your engineer Steve arrived as planned with his young assistant Harry, found the water leak soon after more digging and made good use of the dry morning after yesterday's rain. He kept us well informed about the work in progress and repaired the leak. Later he showed us the tear in the old pipe he had removed. He and his assistant made good in good time; the slabs in our pathway were very heavy and not easy to put back in place.Steve and Harry provided on May 24 a very efficient, solid and friendly service. Well done!

I contacted my insurance company at 11:30, to report a blocked toilet.The engineer arrived within 90 minutes, and had located the problem ( which was quite complex, involving cutting a plastic pipe for access for the jet ) and all was sorted really swiftly.The engineer was friendly and very efficient in the way he worked.I was 100% delighted with the service and really appreciated the fantastic service from Metro Rod.Many thanks to all concerned.
