As a person who gets their hair cut at Black Dog, I can certainly say that it is a very professional and great quality barbershop. Whether it's Corey or Joe doing my hair, I always have a good chat with them as well as getting a very good hair cut!Very professional people and good quality, would recommend highly.

I’ve been taking my son to Black Dog Barbershop since he was 2 (now 7) and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. We started at Newton Hill with Clarke and now are at Ossett with Cory however whoever cuts my sons hair it is always perfectly cut and they are professional and great with kids. Clarke and Cory have both built a bond with my son so he is comfortable, confident and happy when he is there.

This is the best place to get your haircut in Wakefield bar none! The guys are always so welcoming and Clarke the owner really knows how to run a barber shop and is an expert at cutting hair! He does my own hair and also my 3 year old sons and never fails to impress! Great place, great people, 5 star service!

I have used BlackDog since they opened in Outwood and now use the Ossett shop due to proximity. They cut mine and my two boys hair and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Really relaxed atmosphere and very competitively priced.

Fantastic hairdressers. Never go away with a bad trim and the guys in there are a great crack.Great at skin fades and beard trims, used them on my wedding day!Sunbed is also available.Booking is all online through the booksey app. Get booked in early as they are popular!
