I went with a disabled friend into the O2 shop in Wolverhampton this afternoon, and the assistant called Dan went the extra mile to assist my friend in getting a new phone and setting it up for him. Dan was so helpful and understanding of my friend's difficulties and put his mind at rest. Thank you Dan.

Absolutely amazing after care service, been disabled find it very difficult with technology, My son checked my O2 account and they didn't add the virgin Media bolt double Data on to my upgrade, so I spoke to Tom and explained my situation, well mannered service and help me in the right direction, I didn't not expect that level of customer service, I hope he will be recognized by the company for going above and beyond their job roles. And also Dan who helped me with my upgrading my new phone and what I needed from the phone. Amazing team at O2 Wolverhampton store.
