Having dealt with Saint Property Services for a number of months now I can honestly say they've been great. Michelle in particular is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. They've been a huge help with a number of property management issues and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Saint Property Services to rent out my house in Nottingham. From the start I met Ross the owner who filled me with confidence that I would get the price I wanted to achieve on the rental market. After this I was passed along to Evangeline and Lucy. Both of them were very accommodating and even helped post me some items I left in my house. They made the process seamless from the get go and my property was rented out with no issues within 3 weeks. Therefore I would certainly recommend using Saint Property Services as I will be doing going forward with any properties I have.

I rented a house from Saint properties and recently vacated it. This is my stark warning to anyone considering the services of them based on my nightmarish experience renting a property through them. When I was given the property, dog feces adorned the premises, and the kitchen hob was coated in dog fur, made the house downright repulsive. The living room was permeated with the unmistakable stench of dog urine, making the entire space virtually uninhabitable. I had to relentlessly pursue them and almost complain to council for them to even clean the carpet.Equally distressing was their complete lack of urgency and professionalism in addressing valid complaints. Genuine concerns were met with apathy. This level of negligence and disregard for tenant well-being is simply inexcusable.Having never missed a single payment, once we vacated the property, they sent a rude email regarding a missed rent payment which never happened but due to their miscommunication.

I have been working with saint Property Services for quite some time. My personal experience is they are driven professionals, willing to help and support you with all your customer needs and requirements. The end goal for this company is to get you into good affordable housing.Thank You saint for all your help.

Evangeline was a great person to have show me around the place. She is the first property manager I have met that arrived on time! Saint Property Services is an embarrassment to the lettings profession. Throughout our tenancy, they were completely incompetent. They do not care for the welfare of the tenants in the properties they manage and they are incapable of ensuring that their clients, the landlords, maintain their properties to a legally acceptable standard. They do not uphold the Codes of Practice of The Property Ombudsman despite advertising their membership.Do not be fooled by the positive reviews here - they pressure you into providing a good review of their services within days of moving into a property.Unfortunately, my husband and I spent just under two years renting 166 Trent Road through Saint Property Services in what was, without a doubt, the worst property I have ever lived in with the worst property management I have ever experienced.The property was damp with visible mould and moisture present in almost all of the rooms. Almost nothing was done to rectify this, and the little action that was taken took months to happen. At one point, the front door, our only entrance/exit point from the front of the house, was so mouldy and damp (pictured) it had swollen to the point where we were unable to open it. If there had been a fire in the kitchen at the back of the house, we would not have been able to exit the property. Despite this significant risk to our safety and wellbeing, it took Saint Property Services three months to rectify this, and instead of replacing the door the edge was just sanded down. The issue repeated the following year.A repeated excuse was that they were unable to get hold of the landlord so it seems that we were unfortunate enough to have rented a property managed inept agents and owned by a negligent landlord with no interest in maintaining their property to legally acceptable standards.In addition, Saint Property Services are incredibly careless with personal data and they violated data protection law on several occasions during our tenancy. They 'lost' the version of our contract that had been signed by all parties and were unable to provide this when we requested it. In addition, I have received emails addressed to tenants in other properties with the tenants contact information, including their address. This is a clear and significant violation of UK data protection law. Saint Property Services cannot be trusted.Prospective tenants - if you can, run as far away from Saint Property Services. They are untrustworthy and incompetent, and renting through them will make your life unnecessarily stressful and difficult.
